● Melting point: 265–280°C (509–536°F); long-term service temperature: 180°C (356°F); short-term tolerance to higher temperatures.
● Maintains ductility at cryogenic temperatures with a low brittle point.

● Stable electrical insulation performance with high dielectric strength and voltage endurance.
● Ideal for wire/cable insulation and electronic components.
✔ Processing & Bonding Characteristics
● Processable via extrusion and injection molding across a wide temperature window.
● Coefficient of linear thermal expansion similar to carbon steel, enabling effective metal compounding.
● Solves traditional PTFE's poor metal adhesion issues.

● Visible light transmittance up to 95%, suitable for architectural glazing.
