PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Material

PVC is a versatile thermoplastic material with excellent comprehensive properties, ranking among the top five general-purpose plastics. By adding different additives, its properties can be adjusted from rigid to flexible, offering high cost-performance and wide application adaptability.

    Key Features and Advantages

    ✔ Adjustable Mechanical Properties

Rigid PVC: High strength and rigidity

Flexible PVC: Good flexibility with elongation up to 200%-400%

    ✔ Chemical Resistance

Resistant to acids, alkalis, alcohols and oils

Not resistant to aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated solvents

    ✔ Electrical Properties

    Excellent insulation performance

    Volume resistivity: 10¹²-10¹⁵Ω·cm

    ✔ Flame Retardancy

    Oxygen index ≥45% (self-extinguishing)

Can achieve UL94 V-0 rating without plasticizers

    ✔ Processing Performance

    Poor thermal stability (requires stabilizers)

    Processing temperature range: 160-200℃
